I recently stopped in here on a Monday night for dinner and was shocked at how busy they were! Clearly a popular spot. Thankfully we were able to snag a table and didn't have to wait. I was really intrigued by all of the positive Yelp reviews. They have a great menu selection- your standard sushi options and even some extras. There was a bit of confusion with the waiter when we wanted to order sake and initially asked for one option but then switched to another.

I ordered the Mobster Roll - and the sauce made the roll! On its own the roll didn't have much flavor for me, but that sauce with it totally elevated the roll - I wouldn't have enjoyed it without it. This roll definitely filled me up for dinner - I had a hard time finishing it because I got so stuffed. Looking forward to returning to try out more rolls!

One of the most underrated, but my personal favorite, sushi joint in Long Beach. The first time I tried sushi mafia was when I tried the takeout sushi dinner. I was immediately shocked by the fresh quality of the fish. After that first bite, I knew I wanted to visit in person.
